The Localism and Decentralisation Bill will transform the way in which
developers and housebuilders engage with communities. In most cases
we will have to demonstrate support from communities before we can
achieve planning consent.

PPS has spent 20 years working across residential, retail and commercial
development. We help clients demonstrate and mobilise community
support to gain planning approval.
